Valgroup in Findlay, OH is hiring a Day Shift Operator Assistant to support our plastics manufacturing facility. The role offers a 12-hour DAY Shift Schedule (7:30am - 7:30pm) with 2-2-3 rotation and every other weekend off.

As a valued team member, you will pull and weigh materials, learn line start-up, troubleshoot, and operate a forklift while assisting other projects as needed. Competitive benefits accompany this opportunity.

Qualifications

• Mechanical ability and problem solving.
• Safe work behaviors and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand and walk throughout shift.
• HS Diploma or GED preferred.
