Job summary

Simona-PMC in Findlay, OH is seeking an Extrusion Operator in Training for the 3rd shift. You will learn to operate and maintain extrusion lines, perform change-overs, and support quality and productivity targets alongside experienced operators.

We offer on-the-job training, a pay of $22 per hour, a 401(k) with 4% match, a positive culture, and opportunities for growth in a clean, safe environment. A $1,000 hiring bonus applies after 90 days.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree is a plus.
• Hands-on mechanical/technical aptitude, preferably in manufacturing.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn new skills and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist experienced operators in setting up and running extrusion equipment.
• Learn to operate and maintain extrusion machines, including change-overs and set-ups.
• Monitor controls to ensure quality and spec compliance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical/technical issues.
• Record production data and maintain production logs.
• Follow SOPs and company policies; learn continuous improvement.
