BioLife Plasma Services in Onalaska, WI is hiring a part-time Phlebotomist. You will greet donors, perform venipuncture, monitor donors during donation, and support plasmapheresis operations to help deliver high-quality plasma products.

Shifts are 4–6 hours, 3+ days per week with training provided. This role emphasizes reliability, patient service, and teamwork, with evenings and weekends required and opportunities to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced center.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to walk and stand for the full shift.
• Evenings, weekends, and holidays are required.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors as they enter and exit the donor floor.
• Perform venipuncture and programming of plasmapheresis machine.
• Monitor donors during donation and manage donor reactions.
• Setup, verification, operation, and troubleshooting of plasmapheresis equipment within training scope.
• Install, prime, and disconnect disposable sets on plasmapheresis machines.
• Stock supplies and assist with proper disposal.
• Record donor measurements and enter data into the Donor Information System (DIS).
• Coordinate donors to donor floor and compensate donors using the Debit Card system.
• Support center management in identifying operational opportunities for continuous improvement per approved procedures.
