Job summary

A leading plasma collection company in Bakersfield is seeking dedicated part-time team members to ensure the safety of donors and the plasma collection process. This role involves collecting donor vital signs and addressing various operational tasks while maintaining flexibility in scheduling. Applicants must hold a current Phlebotomy Technician certification and demonstrate excellent customer service skills. Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a customer or patient facing role.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand/walk for entire work shift.

Responsibilities

• Screen new and repeat donors, take and record donor vital signs.
• Ensure safety of donors and team during procedures.
• Help identify operational improvements in the plasma center.
