Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services in Warner Robins, GA, is seeking a part-time Phlebotomist. Shifts are typically 4–6 hours, 3+ days per week, with paid training.

You will greet donors, perform venipuncture and machine programming, monitor donations, and assist with setup and troubleshooting of plasmapheresis equipment.

This role requires reliability, strong customer service, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays while maintaining safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire work shift.
• Will work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift to 5 lbs., and occasional lifting up to 32 lbs. and rarely 50 lbs.
• 1 or more years minimum experience in a customer or patient facing role is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors as they enter and exit the donor floor.
• Perform venipuncture and programming of plasmapheresis machines.
• Monitor donors during donation and manage donor reactions.
• Set up, verify, operate, and troubleshoot plasmapheresis equipment.
• Install and manage plasmapheresis disposable sets.
• Stock supplies and assist with proper disposal.
• Record donor pulse, blood pressure, temperature, and other measurements.
• Enter donor information into the Donor Information System (DIS).
• Coordinate donors to donor floor and compensate via Debit Card system.
• Support management in identifying operational improvements (5S, VSM, Kaizen).
