Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services in Medford, MA is seeking part-time staff to support plasma donation operations. Shifts are 4–6 hours, 3+ days per week, including weekends and holidays; flexibility on both sides is essential. You will screen donors, collect vital signs, and assist with phlebotomy while ensuring donor safety and service quality.

You will work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, reporting to the Center Manager and supporting donor care and center operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles is helpful.
• Comfort with standing for long periods and lifting small items.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Screen donors and record vital signs and finger stick results.
• Perform phlebotomy to support plasma center operations.
• Answer phones, greet donors, and coordinate donor charts and compensation.
• Identify opportunities to improve center processes and assist with shift coverage.
