Job summary

BioLife is seeking part-time Plasma Donor Screener and Phlebotomist to support center operations in Methuen, MA. You will interact with donors daily, ensure safety, and contribute to the high-quality plasma collection that becomes life-changing medicines.

You will report to the Plasma Center Manager and perform donor screening, phlebotomy, and data entry while working a schedule that includes weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• 1+ years minimum experience in a customer or patient-facing role is helpful.
• Ability to walk and stand for the shift.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones, greet donors, and focus on donors while ensuring safety of donors and the team.
• Screen new and repeat donors and take donor vital signs and finger stick results.
• Use the Donor Information System, prepare donor charts, maintain records and coordinate donor compensation.
• Identify operational opportunities for process improvements and implement changes per approved procedures.
