Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services in Hayden, ID is seeking a part-time Phlebotomist to join our team. You will greet donors, perform venipuncture, and support plasma center operations while maintaining a high standard of customer service and quality.

You will report to the Plasma Center Manager and participate in donor screening and machine operation. This role offers paid training and a flexible schedule designed for work-life balance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire work shift.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience in a customer or patient facing role is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors entering and exiting the donor floor.
• Perform venipuncture and programming of plasmapheresis machines.
• Monitor donors during donation and manage donor reactions.
• Set up, verify, operate, and troubleshoot plasmapheresis equipment within training.
• Install, prime, and disconnect disposable sets on plasmapheresis machines.
• Stock supplies and assist with disposal of materials.
• Record donor measurements and enter data into the Donor Information System (DIS).
• Coordinate donors to the donor floor and compensate donors using the Debit Card system.
