Job summary

BioLife is recruiting for a part-time Plasma Donor Screener role in Pensacola, FL. You will perform phlebotomy, screen donors, and maintain donor records while ensuring donor safety and excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to stand for the full shift.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and move supplies.
• Experience in customer or patient-facing roles is helpful.
• Must follow safety and infection-control procedures.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet donors while focusing on donor safety.
• Screen donors and record vital signs and finger-stick results.
• Maintain donor charts and records in the Donor Information System.
• Support center operations and identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Work varied shifts including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
