Job summary

Schreiber Foods in Springfield, MO is hiring a General Laborer PT to support sanitation and production uptime. You will perform CIP cleaning, sanitize processing equipment, and follow Master Sanitation Schedule while adhering to safety rules.

You will work on-site with a team, participate in meetings, and aid in improvements using PE tools. The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds and ability to work in wet environments.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read and comprehend written or verbal instructions.
• Operate power cleaning and sanitizing equipment.
• Willing to learn new process systems as they evolve.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Work in wet and humid conditions; English reading/writing required.

Responsibilities

• Perform sanitation and cleaning of processing and packaging equipment.
• Operate Clean in Place (CIP) systems and related equipment.
• Read and follow Master Sanitation Schedule; maintain sanitation records.
• Attend meetings and support process excellence initiatives.
• Create work orders to repair or replace damaged equipment.
• Manage time and tasks effectively amid multiple priorities.
