Job summary

Schreiber Foods Inc. in Beloit, WI, is seeking a Sanitation Technician for a 6pm–6:30am schedule on a 2-2-3 rotation. You will be responsible for sanitation, CIP, and maintaining clean processing lines, equipment, and plant infrastructure.

You will also document sanitation programs and promote safe, compliant operations. Qualified applicants have a high school diploma, 1+ years of related experience, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• High School Degree preferred.
• 1+ years' related experience preferred.
• Ability to read and write; communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Operate sanitation and CIP for lines, tanks and equipment.
• Lead cleanup efforts and maintain sanitation records.
• Perform post-sanitation inspections and swab tests.
• Ensure compliance with safety, USDA, GMP guidelines.
