Job summary

Schreiber Foods is seeking a production teammate for our weekend shift. You will perform essential process checks, follow safety and quality plans, and ensure production operates according to customer requirements.

Responsibilities include manual tasks like inspection, rework, and sorting, with opportunities to learn Process Excellence tools. You must work well in a team, communicate effectively, and maintain good attendance and safety practices.

Qualifications

• Basic math, counting, calculator and basic computer skills are required.
• Forklift driving skills may be necessary.
• Strong communication and writing skills; be a team player.

Responsibilities

• Perform process checks (CP, CCP, QP, CQP) and follow reaction plans for safety and quality.
• Identify customer requirements and ensure proper production operation.
• Conduct manual labor tasks such as inspection, rework, and sorting; assist in production processes.
