Job summary

Riser Fitness, LLC is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate for their Pilates studio in Savage, Minnesota. In this part-time role, you'll support the General Manager in achieving sales goals while delivering excellent customer service to our members and prospective members.

Qualifications

• Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills.
• Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales targets.
• Must be fluent in English and have excellent communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Ability to learn and use the Club Ready software system.

Responsibilities

• Execute full sales process of lead generation, follow up, and closing the sale.
• Conduct studio tours with new prospects to build rapport.
• Be knowledgeable about products, programs and pricing.
• Book quality appointments to achieve monthly sales quota.
• Participate in grassroots/community events to promote the studio.
