Job summary

Riser Fitness, LLC is seeking a motivated Sales Associate to join our Pilates studio team in Golden, Colorado. In this part-time role, you will assist the General Manager in achieving studio sales goals and delivering excellent customer service. Responsibilities include executing the sales process, conducting studio tours, and participating in community events. Compensation is $19/hr plus commission with potential total earnings of $19-24/hr. Opportunities for growth within the studios are available.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in English and have excellent communication skills via in person, phone, and email.
• Able to learn and use the Club Ready software system.
• Must work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Execute full sales process of lead generation, follow up, and closing the sale.
• Conduct studio tours with new prospects to build rapport to facilitate sales.
• Participate in grassroots/community events to promote the studio.
