Job summary

Riser Fitness, LLC is seeking a motivated Sales Associate to support the General Manager in achieving studio sales goals and delivering outstanding customer service. This part-time role focuses on lead generation, prospect tours, and closing sales to grow the studio’s client base.

You will work in a boutique Pilates studio environment, engaging clients, learning Club Ready software, and contributing to community events.

Qualifications

• Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills.
• Goal-oriented with ability to achieve sales targets.
• Must be fluent in English with excellent communication via in person, phone, and email.

Responsibilities

• Execute full sales process: lead generation, follow-up, and closing the sale.
• Meet and exceed sales goals set by the General Manager.
• Conduct studio tours with new prospects to build rapport.
• Be knowledgeable about products, programs and pricing; emphasize studio objectives.
• Book quality appointments to achieve monthly sales quota.
• Participate in events to promote the studio; support a clean, safe environment.
