Job summary

City of Eagan is seeking a part-time Assistant Pickleball Instructor at the Eagan Community Center. You will assist the Lead Instructor in teaching adults across levels and ages in pickleball fundamentals and safety.

Responsibilities include implementing curriculum, delivering lessons per plans, giving feedback, maintaining a positive program image, and supporting events.

Minimum 18 years old; basic pickleball knowledge; PCI and CPR/First Aid certifications preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Basic knowledge of pickleball principles and skills.

Responsibilities

• Assists with implementing the curriculum for adult pickleball lessons and events.
• Assists with conducting lessons/events per Lead Instructor's lesson plans.
• Provides feedback on participant engagement and safety while maintaining professional relationships.
• Supports program improvement through suggestions to the Lead Instructor.
• Contributes to a positive public image and dependable operations.
