Job summary

Midwest Orthopaedic Consultants is seeking a personable, motivated Part-time Marketing and Physician Relations Coordinator to help grow our orthopedic practice and strengthen relationships with local healthcare providers.

Responsibilities include meeting with physicians and referral sources, coordinating physician and community outreach activities, and supporting social media and marketing initiatives. Local travel between office locations is required.

Qualifications

• Healthcare marketing or physician relations experience preferred.
• Experience in orthopedic practices is a plus.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with primary care physicians, urgent care centers, physical therapy practices and other referral sources.
• Make regular in person visits to introduce the practice and build referral relationships.
• Coordinate physician and community outreach activities.
• Help increase awareness of orthopedic services throughout Oak Lawn and surrounding areas.
• Assist with social media, patient reviews and basic marketing initiatives.
• Track outreach activities and referral sources and provide updates to the practice.
