Job summary

Spire Orthopedic Partners seeks a Physician & Community Relations Manager to expand referral networks and lead community outreach across the Northeast footprint. You will partner with Operations, Practice Leadership, and Marketing to drive physician engagement, sponsorships, and brand growth.

Responsibilities include physician visits, events, and content capture for marketing. Travel will be required to cover multi-location practices and engage with community partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in marketing, communications, or related field preferred.
• 5–8 years in physician relations, healthcare marketing, or related role.
• Experience building relationships with physicians, healthcare providers, or community orgs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and strengthen relationships with referring physicians and other sources within the territory.
• Conduct physician office visits, lunch-and-learn sessions, and educational outreach.
• Coordinate sponsorships, health fairs, events, and community engagement activities.
• Track referral activity and report growth and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with Marketing & Communications to capture physician stories and content.
• Travel regularly within service area and attend evening/weekend events.
