Job summary

Midwest Orthopaedic Consultants is seeking a personable, motivated Part-time Marketing and Physician Relations Coordinator to help grow our orthopedic practice and strengthen relationships with local healthcare providers.

Responsibilities include meeting with physicians and referral sources, coordinating physician and community outreach activities, and supporting social media and marketing initiatives. Local travel between office locations is required.

Qualifications

• Healthcare marketing or physician relations experience preferred.
• Experience in orthopedic practices is a plus.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with healthcare professionals.

• Help increase awareness of our orthopedic services throughout Orland Park, Oak Lawn and surrounding areas
• Assist with social media, patient reviews and basic marketing iniatives
• Track outreach activities and referral sources and provide regular updates to the practice

Ideal Candidate

Professional, outgoing, organized and comfortable speaking with physicians, office managers and healthcare staff. Previous experience in healthcare marketing, physician relations, medical sales or working in an orthopedic practice is preferred.

A reliable vehicle and willingness to travel locally between healthcare offices is required.
