This independent role centers on continuity, allowing you to manage your own panel and build lasting relationships with patients and families. You'll round 16–25 patients daily, with 6-hour morning shifts, chart from home, and benefit from productivity-based compensation plus a long-term

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatrics.
• Valid license to practice in the state of operation.

Responsibilities

• See roughly 16–25 patients daily, mix of long-term care and acute issues.
• Manage wellness visits, H&Ps, chronic conditions, and coordinate with specialists and facility staff.
