Job summary

Medrina is seeking an experienced Physician Assistant to join our physician‑owned group in the Duluth, MN area. The role focuses on post‑acute and rehabilitative care in a Skilled Nursing Facility, including orthopedic recovery, stroke management, and pain management, in collaboration with a lead provider.

The candidate will provide comprehensive medical care, develop treatment plans, and document thoroughly in EMR.

Qualifications

• Active Minnesota license and Wisconsin license as PA.
• Active DEA license or ability to obtain prior to start.
• Minimum 1 year of PA clinical experience (SNF, geriatrics, internal medicine, or rehab preferred).
• Experience caring for adult/geriatric populations.
• Strong clinical decision‑making and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive medical care to SNF patients, including assessments and treatment plans.
• Manage patients with orthopedic rehab, post‑stroke, and chronic pain conditions.
• Ensure accurate, timely documentation in EMR.
