Medrina, LLC in Evanston, IL is seeking an experienced Physician Assistant to join our growing physician-owned group. The role focuses on acute care, pre-rehab, and rehab consults, with a strong emphasis on independent practice in an ARF setting.

You'll manage orthopedic rehab, post-stroke care, and chronic pain patients, ensuring thorough assessments and precise documentation in the EMR. We offer a stable full-time schedule, mentorship, and access to a national provider network.

Qualifications

• Active PA license in Illinois
• Active DEA license (or ability to obtain prior to start)
• Minimum 1 year of PA clinical experience (ARF/geriatrics preferred)
• Experience managing adult/geriatric patient populations
• Strong clinical decision-making and time management skills
• Comfortable working independently in an ARF setting

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive medical care to Acute and ARF patients, including assessments, diagnosis, and treatment planning
• Manage patients with orthopedic rehab needs, post-stroke care, and chronic pain conditions
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation in EMR
