Job summary

Medrina is seeking an experienced Physician Assistant in Albany, OR for our SNF team, focusing on post-acute and rehabilitative care including orthopedic recovery, stroke management, and pain control. You will work with a collaborative lead provider, manage assessments, diagnoses, and care plans, and document thoroughly in EMR.

This role offers weekday hours, no nights or weekends, and flexible full- or part-time scheduling.

Qualifications

• Active Physician Assistant license in Oregon.
• Active DEA license (or ability to obtain prior to start).
• Minimum 1 year of PA clinical experience (SNF/geriatrics/rehab preferred).
• Experience with adult/geriatric populations.
• Strong clinical decisions and time management.
• Ability to work independently in an SNF setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive medical care to SNF patients, including assessments and treatment planning.
• Manage orthopedic rehab, post-stroke care, and chronic pain conditions.
• Ensure accurate, timely EMR documentation.
