Athletico Physical Therapy in Loveland, Ohio seeks a part-time Rehabilitation Aide to assist clinicians and the Patient Experience Coordinator. You will greet patients, support therapists during treatments, and ensure compliance with state practice act requirements.

The role includes administrative duties and routine clinical tasks in a busy outpatient setting. Qualifications include a high school diploma (intern preferred) and prior rehab aide experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or intern preferred.
• Previous Clinical Aide or Rehab Tech experience preferred.
• Strong communication and written/verbal skills.
• Able to document projects clearly and manage tasks.
• Attention to detail and time management required.
• Patient satisfaction and teamwork orientation essential.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for physical therapy treatments and assist with treatments.
• Motivate and assist patients during exercises under supervision.
• Provide routine treatments (hot/cold packs, ultrasound, electrical stimulation).
• Clean work area and equipment after treatment.
• Restock and maintain supplies and linen inventory.
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and file paperwork with the clinic team.
• Monitor and track non-medical and medical supplies for inventory.
