Athletico Physical Therapy in Westerville, OH is seeking a part-time Rehabilitation Aide to support clinicians and the Patient Experience Coordinator. You will prep patients, assist during therapy, handle routine duties, and help with scheduling and paperwork in line with state practice act requirements.

This role offers bi-annual pay raises and a comprehensive benefits package including 401(k) with company match, commuter benefits, and EAP.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or intern preferred
• Previous Clinical Aide or Rehab Tech experience preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Ability to clearly document all tasks and manage records
• Attention to detail and time management skills are required
• Energetic and a team player
• Able to demonstrate compassion toward patients
• Complete tasks thoroughly
• Basic knowledge of office equipment preferred

Responsibilities

• Prepares patients for physical therapy treatments and assists therapists
• Motivates and assists patients with exercises under supervision
• Provides routine treatments (hot/cold packs, modalities)
• Cleans work area and equipment after treatment
• Washes linens and maintains linen cabinets
• Maintains restrooms and restocks supplies
• Assists with answering phones, scheduling, and filing
• Keeps track of supplies and may order inventory
