Job summary

ProSport Physical Therapy & Performance in Culver City is seeking a part-time Physical Therapy Technician to support the therapy team. The role involves preparing treatment rooms, assisting patients, and maintaining equipment and supplies to ensure smooth patient flow. Schedule is 20–25 hours per week with morning shifts.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma, strong customer service skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinic. Prior health-field exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office; Raintree PMS experience is a plus.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to maintain confidential documents.
• Must be organized and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to communicate complex information clearly, both orally and in writing, in various settings.

Responsibilities

• Prepare treatment room for patient by following procedures and protocols.
• Assist patients in therapy sessions and equipment as directed by the PT.
• Maintain supplies and inventory; ensure clean linens and safe environment.
• Record daily notes under supervision and co-signature.
• Answer questions and provide information to patients; triage phone calls and schedule appointments.
