Job summary

SportsCare Physical Therapy is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapy Aide to join our team on a part-time basis. You will work closely with physical therapists and assistants to support patient care, assist with exercises, and help maintain a clean, organized clinic environment.

Responsibilities include assisting patients during therapy sessions, preparing treatment areas, educating patients on exercises, and keeping accurate records.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a compassionate attitude.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Basic knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology is beneficial.
• Physical stamina and ability to lift and move equipment and assist patients.

Responsibilities

• Assist with patient care during therapy sessions under supervision.
• Prepare treatment areas and equipment for patient use.
• Educate patients on exercises, form, and treatment goals as directed by clinicians.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitization of treatment areas and equipment.
• Assist with laundry and restocking supplies as needed.
• Maintain accurate patient records and track progress.
