Qualifications

• Required Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent from an accredited physical therapy program.
• Preferred Master’s Degree.
• 6 months of relevant experience Preferred.
• LIC-Physical Therapist - STATE_MI State of Michigan Upon Hire required.
• LIC-Driver’s License - STATE_MI State of Michigan Home Care Business Lines Upon Hire required.
• CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - AHA American Heart Association 90 Days required Or
• CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - ARC American Red Cross 90 Days required.

Responsibilities

• Provides therapy to patients based on patient need and medical direction.
• Provides patient/caregiver education and arranges for adaptive equipment as needed.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent from an accredited physical therapy program
