Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent from an accredited physical therapy program.
• Preferred Master's Degree with at least 6 months of relevant experience.
• Licensed Physical Therapist in the State of Michigan.
• Valid Michigan driver's license is required.
• BLS certification required within 90 days of hire (AHA or ARC).

Responsibilities

• Provides therapy to patients based on patient need and medical direction.
• Educates patients and caregivers; arranges adaptive equipment as needed.

Education
