Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school of Physical Therapy.
• Must possess a valid Physical Therapy license and current CPR certification.
• Competency in PT evaluation, assessment, care planning, and treatment.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patient status and modify care plans as necessary.
