Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school of Physical Therapy.
• Physical Therapy license required.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Meets with patients to collect medical history and develop rehab plans.
• Uses therapy techniques to restore movement and strength.
• Coordinates care with an interdisciplinary team.
• Re-evaluates patient progress and updates care plans.
• Maintains patient confidentiality and safety.
• Complies with Medicare and quality initiatives.
