Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients for whom therapy is medically necessary.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Maintain timely and accurate records of goals, progress, and medical necessity.
• Supervise and coach assistants and aides to ensure quality care delivery.
• Adhere to state Practice Acts, OSHA standards, and Medicare regulations.
