Job summary

Phoenix Physical Therapy is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist for a casual part-time role at our Ocean View, DE clinics. You will develop and implement rehab programs to restore function and improve movement, coordinating with a broader care team to optimize patient outcomes.

The role emphasizes patient evaluation, plan development, and ongoing re-assessment, along with maintaining safety, confidentiality, and compliance.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school of Physical Therapy.
• Physical Therapy license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Competency in PT evaluation, assessment, care planning and treatment.

Responsibilities

• Meet with patients to collect medical history and assess current physical ability to plan rehab goals.
• Develop and implement PT treatment programs to restore movement and reduce pain.
• Coordinate care across interdisciplinary teams and supervise PT assistants and aides.
• Re-evaluate patient progress regularly and adjust care plans as needed; educate patients and families.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and safety; ensure compliance with Medicare and quality initiatives.
