Job summary

Brookestone of David City in Nebraska is seeking a compassionate Part-Time Physical Therapist to join our rehabilitation team. You will evaluate residents, develop customized plans, and deliver therapy to improve mobility, strength, balance, and independence.

Work closely with nursing staff and physicians to support resident goals. Nebraska PT license required; prior long-term care or rehab experience welcomed but not required.

Qualifications

• Current Nebraska Physical Therapist license required.
• Experience in long-term care or rehabilitation settings welcomed but not required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate resident needs and develop individualized therapy treatment plans.
• Deliver physical therapy services that promote strength, mobility, balance, and independence.

• Educate residents and families on therapeutic exercises, safety practices, and mobility techniques.
• Maintain accurate documentation and support positive clinical outcomes.
