Job summary

Enhance Rehabilitation is currently seeking qualified Physical Therapists to join our dynamic team in a skilled nursing facility setting. As a Physical Therapist, you will evaluate and treat patients following an individualized plan of care in collaboration with facility staff.

Responsibilities include evaluating new patients, developing plans of care, setting measurable goals, supervising PTAs, and completing timely documentation; a sign-on bonus of $2,000 and unlimited online CEUs are

• Qualified Physical Therapists to join our SNF team.
• Evaluating and treating patients per individualized plan of care.
• Supervising Physical Therapist Assistants and documenting progress.

• Providing excellent customer service to our patients and family members
• Collaborate with facility staff to ensure excellent care for your patients
• Evaluating new patients, developing plans of care and setting measurable, functional goals
• Treating patients, answering their concerns and educating them on their injury, progress and probable outcomes
• Supervising Physical Therapist Assistants
• Re-evaluating patient progress, revising plans of care and resetting goals
• Complete timely and accurate documentation including; evaluations, re-evaluations discharges and daily progress notes.
