Legacy Healthcare Services in Roanoke, VA seeks a compassionate Physical Therapist to join a not-for-profit team delivering individualized rehab to senior residents. The role may be part-time (24 hours minimum/week) and involves private treatment sessions, clinical collaboration, and a Monday-Friday schedule.

You will plan and implement treatment plans, participate in conferences, and pursue ongoing CEUs with company support, including licensure reimbursement and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Degree in area of discipline.
• Current Physical Therapy license in state of practice.

Responsabilités

• Provide rehabilitative services to patients under medical orders as part of a team.
• Plan initial and subsequent treatment programs based on clinical findings.
• Participate in clinical conferences to coordinate the plan of care.
• Treat residents one on one with individualized, functional-based sessions.
• Individualize treatment sessions to meet patient needs.
• Desirable Monday–Friday schedule with no weekend or holiday requirements.
