Qualifikationen

• Degree in the area of discipline is required.
• Current Physical Therapy license in state of practice or ability to obtain before starting employment.
• Excellent interpersonal, fiscal, and clinical skills.
• Strong computer proficiency and familiarity with documentation systems.

Aufgaben

• Provide rehabilitative services to residents under specific medical orders as part of a coordinated team.
• Plan initial and subsequent treatment programs based on clinical findings.
• Participate in clinical conferences to coordinate the plan of care for patients.
• Treat residents one-on-one, ensuring individualized attention through private treatment sessions.
• Individualize treatment sessions to meet each patient’s needs using functional-based approaches.
