• Current Physical Therapy license in state of practice, or ability to obtain prior to beginning employment

Responsibilities

• Provide rehabilitative services to residents under medical orders as part of a coordinated team
• Plan initial and subsequent treatment programs based on clinical findings
• Participate in clinical conferences to coordinate plan of care for patients
• Treat residents one-on-one with private treatment sessions and functional-based approach
• Individualize treatment sessions for each patient
