Job summary

Endeavor Health in Elmhurst, IL is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide direct outpatient services at our 429 N York St clinic. This full-time role offers a 40-hour work week with varied shifts, including an occasional evening and a quarterly Saturday, and a competitive hourly pay range based on experience.

Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s in Physical Therapy (MS or DPT preferred) and IL licensure, with CPR certification and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy required.
• MS or DPT preferred.
• Current State of Illinois Physical Therapist licensure required.
• Driver's license required if offsite duties.
• American Heart Association BLS CPR certification.
• PT II: minimum 2 years experience; PT I: 0–2 years experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct physical therapy services to patients with comprehensive evaluations and individualized treatment plans.
• Evaluates patient status and implements programs addressing movement dysfunction.
• Educates patients and engages them in care with strong communication.
• Keeps knowledge up-to-date with advances in PT techniques and equipment.
