• Virginia license in Physical Therapy or active licensure pursuit with approved PT program
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Effective problem-solving abilities

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents and develop treatment plans according to physician’s plan
• Obtain approval for service from referring physician
• Treat residents and participate in discharge planning
• Record evaluation, treatment, and charges
• Supervise PT Assistants and Aides
• Screen residents for potential benefit from PT intervention
