Responsibilities

• Evaluates residents and develops effective treatment plans.
• Obtains approval for services from the referring physician.
• Treats residents according to the physician's plan and participates in discharge planning.
• Records evaluation, treatment, and charges in patient records.
• Supervises Physical Therapist Assistants and Aides.
• Screens residents for potential benefit from PT intervention.
