Responsibilities

• The Physical Therapist evaluates residents, develops treatment plans, and obtains approval for service from the referring physician.
• Treats residents according to the physician’s treatment plan and participates in discharge planning.
• Records evaluation, treatment, and charges and supervises Physical Therapist Assistants and Aides.
