Legacy Healthcare Services, Inc. is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our on-site team serving senior living communities. You’ll provide individualized, one-on-one rehabilitation and work with colleagues to design effective plans shaped by clinical findings.

The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekend or holiday requirements, competitive pay, and comprehensive benefits including licensure reimbursement and CEUs.

Competenze

• PT degree in discipline and current state license or eligibility.
• Excellent interpersonal, fiscal, and clinical skills.
• Strong computer proficiency for documentation.

Mansioni

• Provide rehabilitative services to patients as part of a coordinated team.
• Plan initial and subsequent treatment programs based on clinical findings.
• Participate in clinical conferences to coordinate care plans.
• Deliver one-on-one private sessions with functional-based approaches.
• Maintain a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends or major holidays.
