Job summary

Advocate Health seeks a part-time Physical Therapist to deliver direct therapy to patients in a level of care requiring seven-day service, including holidays. You will evaluate patients, choose assessment techniques, and establish care plans in coordination with physicians and staff.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s in Physical Therapy, an applicable state license, and BLS. Schedule: Mon–Thu 2pm–7pm and Fri 3–7pm. Compensation ranges from $38.20 to $57.30 per hour with benefits.
