Job summary

HealthPro Heritage is seeking a part-time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in Spring Hill, TN. The position offers 12-20 hours weekly across 1–3 days, with a pay range of $32–$35 per hour based on experience. On-site at Morning Pointe of Spring Hill.

The PTA will assist in implementing treatment plans, monitor patient progress, and collaborate with Physical Therapists and staff to ensure quality care. Licensure is required or licensure eligibility with a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in PTA from an accredited program.
• Valid state licensure as a PTA, or license eligible.
• Strong assessment, diagnostic, and therapeutic abilities with good communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing treatment plans designed by Physical Therapists.
• Provide direct patient care including therapeutic exercises and modalities.
• Monitor and document patient progress, report observations to the PT.
• Collaborate with therapists and staff for coordinated care.
