Job summary

HealthPro Heritage in Spring Hill, TN is seeking a part-time Physical Therapist Assistant to support our mission-driven care team. The PTA will assist PTs in implementing treatment plans and provide direct patient care in a variety of settings, with roughly 12-20 hours weekly across 1–3 days depending on caseload.

The role offers a competitive hourly pay range of $32–$35, plus benefits including 401k, dental, vision and 360 CEUs.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Physical Therapist Assisting from an accredited program.
• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant, or license eligible.
• Strong assessment, diagnostic and therapeutic abilities with excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing treatment plans designed by Physical Therapists.
• Provide direct patient care including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modality applications.
• Monitor and document patient progress, and educate patients and families on treatment protocols.
• Collaborate with Physical Therapists and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
