Qualifications

• Experience with Word, Excel, and Electronic Medical Record Documentation.

Responsibilities

• Perform physical therapy evaluation and treatment as ordered by prescribing physician.
• Participate in treatment reviews, progress, and reassessments.
• Educate patients and caregivers.
• Accurate documentation for billing purposes.
• Direct and assist staff as necessary.
• Provide exceptional customer service to patients, physicians and employees.
• Engage in facility in-service activities.
