Qualifications

• State Physical Therapy licensure is required.
• Graduate of an accredited physical therapy curriculum.
• Current BLS Certification is required.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with patients and physicians.
• Strong organizational skills and accurate documentation for billing.
• Experience with Word, Excel and EMR documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily patient physical therapy treatment as prescribed by the referring physician.
• Evaluate and treat patients; design and implement therapy programs.
• Maintain and update patient case files.
• Document accurately to ensure correct billing.
• Educate patients and caregivers as needed.
• Collaborate with staff to maintain a safe, clean work environment.
