Job summary

BioLife is offering truly part-time roles in Mesquite, TX with 4–6 hour shifts, 3+ days per week, designed to fit your life. You will perform plasma donor screening and phlebotomy support, greet donors, and ensure safety and quality of service. A high school diploma and at least 1 year of customer-facing experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to stand for the entire work shift and lift up to 32 lbs. on occasion.
• 1+ years of experience in a customer or patient-facing role is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet donors, ensuring donor safety.
• Screen new and repeat donors and record vital signs and finger-stick results.
• Prepare donor charts, maintain records, and coordinate donor compensation.
• Identify opportunities for center process improvements using approved procedures.
• Work varied shifts including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
