Job summary

BioLife is offering a part-time Phlebotomist role in Longview, TX. The position features 4–6 hour shifts, 3+ days per week, with evening availability required. You will greet donors, perform venipunctures, monitor donors, and manage plasmapheresis equipment under supervision.

You will contribute to high-quality plasma collection, support center operations, and participate in ongoing training programs designed to help you grow within a mission-driven team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire work shift.
• Will work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• 1+ years minimum experience in a customer or patient-facing role is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors as they enter and exit the donor floor.
• Perform venipuncture of donors and programming of plasmapheresis machine.
• Monitor donors during donation and manage donor reactions.
• Setup, verification, operation, and troubleshooting of plasmapheresis equipment.
• Install, prime, and disconnect disposable sets on plasmapheresis machines.
• Stock supplies and assist with proper disposal.
• Record donor vital signs and enter data into system.
• Coordinate donors to donor floor and compensate donors using Debit Card system.
